We take great pride in our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you run into any issues or have questions about your order, please reach out to us first at emadmanmakes@gmail.com. We're a small shop and will always do our best to find a solution.

Our Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, just send us an email at emadmanmakes@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Final Sale Items

The right to return does not apply to custom, made-to-measure bike builds for models that are not on our official list. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately at emadmanmakes@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We want to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
